Vico Restaurant in Hudson

Great service. The main courses were delicious. Really enjoyed the Rosemary Meatballs. However, the puff pastry dessert seemed to be sub par. Thankfully the other dessert saved the experience.

Adequate food and was embarrassed by the staff. I got the dish that was supposed to have rosemary meatballs. Really did not taste rosemary. Pasta was cooked fine. Had tiramisu for dessert. It was acceptable, but have had better in Hudson area. I made an error in calculating the tip in my head. Was embarrased by the manager as they questioned why I left less than a customary tip. They lost a patron tonight.

I don't often write reviews but in this case I absolutely need to. I spent the day walking through Hudson with my wife and daughters and decided to stop in to Vico for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is wonderful! The service is top notch! The food was amazing! The flavor profiles are perfect! We will be looking forward to dining at Vico again as soon as possible. Thank you for a perfect dining experience!

The food is meh. Over priced for what it is. Ravioli was undercooked and bland. Service was okay.

Another great dinner at this beautiful cozy building on the corner of Warren street in Hudson . The bar is the first thing you see as you walk in and the dining area is set very nicely. Staff is very friendly and professional. Our food was excellent and enough to fill you up. Weve been here before and always satisfying. We came on a Monday on a special email invite of a free entre with a purchase of one. Definitely recommend Vico.

We love going to Vico! Both the staff & the food are top billing. We always have a great meal and have access to a great selection of wine. We refer our guests and always get great feedback from them. If you are in Hudson, you must make this a stop for lunch or dinner!

Absolutely my favorite Italian dining experience. Vico's style is an intimate mix of funky and elegant. LOVE the atmosphere. The service is terrific, completely responsive without being intrusive. Everything is prepared in-house, from the handcrafted pasta to the elegant desserts to the ripe plum ice cream. And the food is just outstanding. Best risotto I have ever had. The polenta is exquisite (there's a sentence I never thought I'd write). I have dreams of the polenta. The owner/chef is really shy, in a dedicated artist kind of way. It's obvious the employees adore him. Just try Vico once, because it is so much fun to then look forward to back again and again. Did I mention the polenta is to die for?

Chicken on salad bland and rubbery. Our group was overcharged 3 drinks!

Amazing food. We travel several hours to get to Vico's and it's entirely worth it. Their risotto is the best I've ever tasted. The pasta is homemade, light and cooked al dente. Sauces are fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Truly an outstanding restaurant.

There are a lot of dining choices in Hudson, but Vico has become my go-to restaurant in town. The trifecta of warm decor, friendly service, and authentic Tuscan food are just too irresistible to pass up. I particularly love the hand-made pastas (get the ravioli) and the Tuscan fries are a must. And the wine list is both budget-friendly and occasion-worthy.

Comfortable spot, not loud or crowded

Excellent experience, food was great and large portions. The waitress was attentive, cheerful and just fun. Calimari was perfect, hand dipped in breading and fried. Linguinni with salmon was so flavorful with lots of Salmon. A really wonderful dining experience. Will be back!

We went here for Easter. Phenomenal food and service!! The lamb and the seafood stood out!

Delicious Italian restaurant! Also, great selection of wines. Friendly staff and they were great accommodating us and our dog. The homemade pasta is to die for.

Delicious and authentic Italian and the locals say it has the best desserts in town. I had the rosemary infused meatball pasta which was fantastic, and the creme brulee - divine.

Rainy day after a hike four of us had the exact same thought - Vicos chicken parm and a glass of wine. Comfort food in a comfort atmosphere with attentive friendly staff.

I recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Vico. Both Mark and Adam were a pleasure to work with from the planning phase to the day of details. The service was great and the food delicious. I could not be more pleased with the way our special event turned out. I highly recommend Vico for any gatherings your are considering.

I have been going to Vico since it opened way back when. The good news is that is has matured in subtle ways that make the whole experience more nuanced and pleasurable. The food and service have always been good. Now there is a confidence in the preparation and serving that add up to a stellar dining experience. I usually spend more than I intend to, but that is because I drink more and have a designated driver.Last time we ate outside, which I always enjoy. Fine dining!

Nice little Italian place in the heart of Hudson, NY with good service. The main courses were good, but was let down by dessert with raw pastry and ingredients that weren't fresh. The item was taken off our bill by the staff.

Quiet and peaceful. Food was good.

Lizabeth was amazing. I was alone and normally that causes poor service. She went above and beyond what I could ask for. My drink was always full.It was a very cozy environment.I can't say enough about how good my food was!! I love eggplant parm, but this was new for me because they cut the eggplant thin and it's crispy. I'm not sure I could eat it any other way now. The tiramisu was delicious paired with a cappuccino.

When I come to this cozy Italian place I always get the grilled salmon. Nobody does it quite as well. Ask to sit by the fireplace in the winter,

Absolutely Fantastic!! They did an amazing job at out rehearsal dinner tonight. Great service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere! Anyone looking for an intimate gathering place with fabulous Italian food, should call Marc & Adam. Couldn't of asked for a better place to host our dinner for 30. Can't wait to go back!!!

Mmmm! The food here makes my taste buds happy. Like the best food we had in northern Italy. The atmosphere is great too -- welcoming and comfortable. Wish we could go more often than we do. If you're ever in Hudson, don't miss it.

Excellent service. They offer a pri fixe meal, three courses for $32. Salad, entree and dessert. Everything our group had was delicious. Nice selection of wines.

I walked in and immediately felt at home. The staff was so friendly, warm and accommodating. The atmosphere was pure magic that left a film of euphoria on your skin as you walk out the door. I had dessert and espresso for my dinner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was heavenly. I also purchased a book there that was written by a local author. Where did that book go? It was really good. Anyway, everything about this cozy little set up is gold!

Too bad: we encountered overpriced mediocre food & watery expensive cocktails. Skillfull no-nonsense waitress was a delight, though.

Vico is cosy and beautiful and delicious all in one. A colorful and atmospheric environment on charming Warren St. you will benefit from the warmth of the staff and the skill of the chef. Their lasagna was one I'll never forget. Simply superb.

Friendly bar hostess, attentive host, great wine, good food. A bit pricier than we normally go but it was the perfect ending to a perfect dat.
